This section of the site is for finding the funny side of life. A lot of times when I am driving around, I think up weird ways to fit in a workout. Sometimes they are just plan silly and sometimes maybe they could be used, if you want to run down that road. Regardless, this is where you will find those uniquely strange ways to train.
